Last chance for settlement of the remaining value of Nakilat capital’s shares (50%)

In case of the non settlement during that period action will be taken to sell those shares at the Doha Securities Market according to the regulations of the commercial law and to what will be announced in this respect. Nakilat will recover from the selling price, the un settled installment plus any additional expenses and credit the shareholder’s account of the remaining balance, if any. Timing of the final grace period: Each shareholder has to settle the remaining 5 Qatari Riyals for each share latest on 21/03/2007 Place & Timing of settlement: Requests for settlement could be submitted to any of the Qatar National Bank branches during the morning period only

remaining value of their capital shares (50%) as of 15/02/2007, another chance
until 21/03/2007 to settle the remaining value of these shares.
