“S&P” Raised Nakilat Inc. Credit Ratings

Qatar Gas Transport Company (Nakilat) would like to advise that on July 12, 2010, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised its long-term corporate credit rating on Nakilat Inc.

to 'AA-' from 'A+'. The outlook is stable. At the same time, Standard & Poor’s raised the issue ratings on Nakilat Inc's senior secured bonds to 'AA-' from 'A+', and the issue ratings on its secured subordinated bonds to 'A+' from 'A'.
